My Key Criteria for Investing In Businesses
- Businesses that are over 10 years old
- Solid reputation
- Second tier management or someone within the existing team who is keen to step up into a more senior role
- Dedicated team in place
- Minimum turnover for an outright purchase is £400k
- I will invest in smaller businesses if they compliment ones that I already own
